During our Judaism focus, we learned about the synagogue where Jewish people go to pray. We learned about the tallit- a special shawl worn when praying and some of us tried it on.

Year Two enjoyed their first Bushcraft session on Tuesday 17th September. The children learnt how to tie a variety of knots, before going on to learn how to make different types of shelters. The children had a wonderful time with Kev and are looking forward to their next session on the 11th October.

We found something outside! It had brown, grey and white feathers sticking out of it...what could it be?
"I think it could be a hedgehog house. It was under the tree!" Mason.
"I think it could be a little house for little bees and a little squirrel to live in" Isabelle.
"I think it's hay stuck together. Maybe because it's magnet hay" Jackson.
We wrote about what we thought it could be. We decided it was something to do with our 'Owl Babies' topic.
