Year 2 Learn and Share - British Science week

Year 2 have been celebrating British Science week and the theme was all about putting children and young people in the driver’s seat, and encouraging them to find answers to the most pressing questions they have about the world and the question driving British Science week was : Curiosity: what is your question? The focus for Year 2 was to investigate this question: What's the best design for a paper aeroplane? The children investigated which was the best design and how far it would travel.  The children had great fun and came up with many questions and answers on how to improve their designs.
